Ticking lifter after sitting for five days. Brought in to Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for repair. Truck Was there five weeks. Service left for vacation and truck just sat there. Truck has R Brought in to Kendall Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram for repair. Truck Was there five weeks. Service left for vacation and truck just sat there. Truck has Ram Certified warranty for one year. Bought used in Fort Walton beach. Found oil sludge inside top of valve covers. The heads are perfectly clean. Refused to repair under warranty. My theory is that heads where replace but service technician don no clean valve covers. I took to Dadeland Dodge and they repaired under warranty. No Charge. They give personal service. Great Dealer to do business with. More

They never called me back. I had to repeatedly call them for the status of my car. My car was at the dealer for 69 days. Poor customer service.
