Kendall Dodge Chrysler Service Department is amazing! They go beyond their job responsibilities to accommodate your auto care needs. In fact, Hugo (Service Advisor) is not only a patient and professiona They go beyond their job responsibilities to accommodate your auto care needs. In fact, Hugo (Service Advisor) is not only a patient and professional employee but also very conscious. My Pacifica sat at another dealer, Auto Nation for over 60 days and that was a “joke” to say the least. As soon as I took my car to Kendall Dodge the matter was resolved and not only did they fix the problem but also lend me a loaner unlike the other dealer where I incurred over a 3500 dollar rental bill. It is with great pleasure and gratitude for me to recommend Kendall Dodge for their exemplary work, courtesy and professionalism. This not only stands in the service department but also reflects amongst the entire staff at this location. A great place to go for your auto needs and repairs.
