My Review of Kendall Toyota Scion:
Everyone at Kendall Toyota takes customer service seriously. Every, and I mean every effort is made to keep the customer satisfied. I have purchased new cars, new trucks, and used cars. I use the service facilities exclusively. Both sales and service continually rate as 10 on a 10 scale. People remember my name, check to see that everything has been done to my satisfaction, and follow up when needed.

I can't imagine ever using another dealership for either purchasing or maintaining a vehicle.

My Review of Kendall Toyota Scion:
James Shelton was very informative about the Scion XD we bought and was very helpful in helping us decide which vehicle we were going to buy. He was honest about each of the ones we looked at. He also stayed beyond closing to get us taken care of and went over the car completely so we knew how everything works. The finance lady was exceptionally nice and great to deal with. There was no pressure from eiyher person!

My Review of Kendall Toyota Scion:
I have purchased many new vehicles from Kendall Toyota and have taken my vehicles to them for all the follow-up service over the past 20+ years. One of the main reasons I use Kendall Toyota's service department for all my needs is because of Kevin Reel. His attention to detail and overall knowledge of what it takes to keep a vehicle in excellent condition is outstanding! He listens to my needs and requests, and always follows through with delivering top-notch service and results. My most recent experience revealed unusual circumstances in what my vehicle needed in the way of service; and both Kevin Reel and Steve Harris saw to it I was taken care of in a very professional and gracious manner. THANK YOU for all you've done and continue to do!!

I bring my Corolla in for regular service oil changes. My experience has been good so far. I also purchased tires for my car. I checked other places and received a good deal on the tires at Kendall Toyota. I also like receiving a free car wash when I bring my car in for service. Thanks

My Review of Kendall Toyota Scion:
Kendall is wonderful in general. They try very hard and overall our experiences are great. We have had an ongoing issue with our new Prius V. We purchased it with the Entune system and then purchased iPhones at the suggestion of the salesman because they would be compatible. They are not and this information wasn't available through any printed source. At best the iPhone can now work with Entune in a way that is totally not user-friendly and no one would use them. They essentially still don't work.

I feel like we were sold something that we can't use and we should be compensated. Kendall and Toyota FINALLY acknowledge the problem exists but refuse to address it arguing that it is Apple's fault. It is not Apple's fault that Toyota told us in advance that the iPhone was compatible. So, I'm still unhappy with Kendall and Toyota over this issue. It leaves a sour taste despite Kendall being a great dealer over all.

Marc made it easy, I came in to buy a new Pruis, noticed two colors of blue in the line of new cars, and found out about a 2011 with 4775 miles on it that I bought instead. I would have bought a package II but got a IV instead. This was the fastest I have ever bought a car and I love it.
