On May 18, a tree fell on my 2015 Toyota Camry. Allstate declared the vehicle a total loss. I went to Kenny Kent looking for another Toyota but Terrance Sutherland showed me a better option. The 20 Allstate declared the vehicle a total loss. I went to Kenny Kent looking for another Toyota but Terrance Sutherland showed me a better option. The 2013 Lexus he describe as “the one” was the car I didn’t know I was looking for. The finance team worked out a deal that I could afford. That was especially important because I plan to retire soon and I hope the Lexus will be my retirement car. I always have a good experience getting my Lexus serviced, however I would have liked to have been told what is customary at the 60k mile service and have the chance to decline some of the items on serviced, however I would have liked to have been told what is customary at the 60k mile service and have the chance to decline some of the items on the list. For example the wipers being replaced. I didn’t think they needed to be changed out just yet and had I been given the choice would have declined. This would have saved me $100. Next time I will know to ask if the service will be more than tue standard oil chg and tire rotation. More

I bought new lexus and maybe im too picky but I see they did wash it but looks as if they didnt dry it off, spots everywhere.
