We saw a vehicle we were interested in online. I sent a message through the website. They called me back next morning. Austin told me about vehicle. I told him I had trouble with another dealersh I sent a message through the website. They called me back next morning. Austin told me about vehicle. I told him I had trouble with another dealership the day before selling a truck when my husband was on his way to look at it. He knew my husband was coming to look at it. I explained it all. The guy said they weren't like that. They were authorized to wait a bit before moving on to next person. I contacted my husband who called the guy at Kenny Kent. The truck listed did not have pictures available online. My husband asked to see the pictures of truck. The guy was to send pictures to my husband. 1.5 hours later my husband texts to see if he was still going to send the pictures. He had another salesman call him to let him know it was already sold. See, my husband was at work and can't leave just for anything. So, he wanted to make sure the truck was just what he wanted. Where we live takes 25 minutes to get the car lot. My husband needed release of lien on his truck per Austin. He got it then called the guy to let him know he was coming to check truck out. My husband gets there and walks up to door of car lot. He hears an engine running and it was the truck he was supposed to be looking at. Someone else was test driving it ultimately buying it after returning to the lot. Meanwhile another salesman come out and my husband explained what happened. The salesman says well you should have told him you were coming. My husband told him he did. The guy said well we get that all the time. Then he told my husband "we'll if it's an out of state sale we wait longer for them." Point of story is they were just like the other one. They will say whatever to get a sale. They will not get our business. No loyalty to their customers. My husband spent a a good amount of time looking for the release of lein but he still called the guy to let him know he was on his way. Come to find out it was out of state sale and they already knew someone was coming to look at it when my husband was working with the salesman on phone. BAD BUSINESS FOR DEALERSHIP!! More
