I headed over to the Mazda location to see the car and the gentleman I spoke to previously still wasn't available. I was in a hurry, on my lunch break. Thankfully Samantha was super helpful from the moment I walked into the door, and worked quickly with me to get me back to work on time. She displayed a solid knowledge of the vehicle, was friendly, and helped me make a decision without utilizing pushy sales tactics. Once I committed to the purchase, she facilitated a quick appointment to get the paperwork signed within my lunch hour a couple of days later. Certainly my best sales experience to date. I couldn't be happier! More

Paul was unexpected called out of the dealership prior to completing the sale so Rudie Policz told over and completed the paperwork on the turn in of the old lease and the delivery of the new Mazda 3. Rudie was extremely knowledgeable of the Mazda product line and spent time explaining the features and changes made in the 2016 model. He walked my daughter through the vehicle and explained every feature. The paperwork for the sale was completed very quickly and I found the entire purchasing experience at Kenny Ross to be well above my previous car buying experiences. First good car buying experience I've ever had I went here planning to buy one car but it ended up being bought by the time I got there. Throughout the entire experience, I felt very confident that the people of Kenny Ross were looking out for me and helping me the entire way. I had trouble with my loans and they were kind enough to hold the car for me until I was able to get it all sorted out. When I got my car, Rudy made sure to show me all the little tips and tricks of my new mazda and made sure I left with all the knowledge I would need. He also gave me his card and told me to feel free to contact him anytime with any questions or concerns I might have and he would be more than happy to help me. I was not pressured into making a particular decision in any way. I originally intended to purchase a new vehicle, but in the process found a 'used' offering that was also on the floor. The staff seemed to focus on me being happy with my purchase, regardless. Both were very accommodating to my schedule and stayed in touch throughout the process. All pricing for the certified used vehicle I did end up purchasing was strictly 'by the book' however so don't expect any haggling to take place, no matter how small. Perhaps this is just the business these days - I have not bought a used car for quite some time, so.... However, they did offer a very fair trade-in offer on my existing car. Overall, I left a satisfied customer and would definitely buy from them again in the future. More
