Mike chiapetta was very rude and mean. I see all the reviews here about him are 1 star and I completely understand why. I see all the reviews here about him are 1 star and I completely understand why. More
I took my 2021 Toyota Prius to Kenosha Toyota on 8/8/25 to disable the reverse beep. I was told by a customer service rep that his service foreman said the reverse beep could not be disabled in my car. I k to disable the reverse beep. I was told by a customer service rep that his service foreman said the reverse beep could not be disabled in my car. I knew it wasn't true. That day I ordered an OBDII bluetooth adapter for $20, and upon receiving it I disabled the reverse beep myself with an app on my smartphone. It took less than 5 minutes. I find it hard to believe the service foreman didn't know the reverse beep can be disabled. I could have understood if they had said they didn't want to disable it because they think it's a safety feature (I don't), BUT I DO NOT LIKE BEING LIED TO!. I will not be doing business with Kenosha Toyota in future. More

2024 TOYOTA TUNDRA ISSUE WITH MISALIGNED PASSENGER DOORS! NO FIX! Brought my 2024 Tundra to Kenosha Toyota where I purchased it to align passenger side doors. I was told by Kenosha Toyota service dept the NO FIX! Brought my 2024 Tundra to Kenosha Toyota where I purchased it to align passenger side doors. I was told by Kenosha Toyota service dept the doors are not adjustable and service associate showed me another truck with same problem. I looked at a row of new Tundras with the same misaligned passenger doors and some were worse than mine. Hard to believe Toyota is shipping their new Tundras from the factory with misaligned doors as well as no way to adjust these doors. I was told by a Toyota consumer satisfaction representative that they are aware of this production issue and if Toyota gets enough complaints, they will issue a recall. Kenosha Toyota has treated me well and sympathetic to my Tundra defect prompting a 4 star review but a BIG 1 STAR for POOR TOYOTA QUALITY! More
I would highly recommend Kim Phillips at Kenosha Toyota. She is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and so wonderful to work with. She spent the extra time with us showing us all the features available She is kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and so wonderful to work with. She spent the extra time with us showing us all the features available on the new Highlanders and helped us find the perfect car. She follows up with everything she says she will and then some. I will definitely seek her out when purchasing our next Toyota! We worked with several other Toyota dealerships and will not return to them. Kenosha Toyota is no haggle and the sales staff are no pressure. 5 stars for Kim. I did feel pressure with the finance staff, or whatever department tries to sell extended warranties. They need to learn that no means no. More
Sell you extended warranty’s that they won’t honor. Promise free oil changes they won’t give you. And be careful, they will run your credit 4 times with hard inquiries and destroy it. Mark was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful in finding the perfect car for me. He was extremely kind and felt like a friend, rather than a car salesman. finding the perfect car for me. He was extremely kind and felt like a friend, rather than a car salesman. More
Add to previous post. Damaged my car and not taking any responsibility. BBB will be contacted if I'm not satisfied. At this point I have no other avenues. I brought my ca Damaged my car and not taking any responsibility. BBB will be contacted if I'm not satisfied. At this point I have no other avenues. I brought my car in for them to repair a brake problem and now it's inoperable with no reparations. It's like it's my fault they damaged my car. I'm not looking for anything more than what would be fair on both parties. More
At this point I'm more than disappointed with what is going on with my auto situation. I brought a highlander 2008 hybrid in for brake service and was told the problem was with the shift sensor. I agreed going on with my auto situation. I brought a highlander 2008 hybrid in for brake service and was told the problem was with the shift sensor. I agreed for them to replace the sensor if it repaired the brake problem. They told me in a text it would fix my problem. Now the vehicle I drive in and they drove away with no problem other then the brake light being on is no longer operational to the point it's not able to even start the vehicle. I have tried to trade for another vehicle they have on the lot even though whatever they did was not my fault. It was a 6 to 7 thousand dollar vehicle when I brought it to Kenosha toyota now they say if they took it in on trade it's only worth high of fifteen hundred dollars. Also, now the only way to get my car back is to sign a release waver that it's out of there hands and have it flat bedded off there property. I'm 63 years old and didn't think I'd ever be treated with the disrespect I've been shown by by the staff at Kenosha toyota. Still up in the air on who to contact for some type of satisfaction. Thank you for your time and letting me air out my frustration. More
A correction on my previous post. My asking price for my Toyota trade-in was $25,000. This number is near the high end of the Kelly Blue Book “Excellent” condition valuation. Kenosha My asking price for my Toyota trade-in was $25,000. This number is near the high end of the Kelly Blue Book “Excellent” condition valuation. Kenosha Toyota place the condition of my car in the “Good” condition category. Two steps lower. This lowered what I wanted from $25,000 to what they offered, $21,661. The car had no hood stone chips, no door dents, no seat tears and no door edge chips. No damage whatsoever. All it needed was a car wash and interior vacuuming. With only 16,230 miles on the odometer, it’s practically “show room condition”. I even offered to include an extra set of aluminum wheels with snow tires and a never used spare tire which originally didn’t come with the new car. No interest from Kenosha Toyota. None. I rejected their offer of $21,661. I’ll probably find other dealers who low-ball KBB valuations, but I’ll still have my “Excellent” Toyota, low mileage car that will last a lifetime. More
