These guys are the real deal! Repeat customer of 12 years! I found these guys in a KSL ad, and after researching them a bit, I realized that I had purchased a vehicle from Bronson back in 2002, which he helpe I found these guys in a KSL ad, and after researching them a bit, I realized that I had purchased a vehicle from Bronson back in 2002, which he helped me hand pick from the auto auction. My first reaction after looking at some of the hundreds of glowing reviews was that no company can have that many overwhelmingly positive reviews, they must be doing something to get rid of the bad reviews. Once I made the connection that Kentson was Bronson's company, I knew I could trust them. I was about to buy a 1-2 year old vehicle with 20K miles from various other franchise dealers, but was able to buy a 2014 model with 13 miles, for the same price as the used ones. Both Bronson and Paden are legitimately good guys and offer a very unique car buying experience. They know what they are doing in finding vehicles that offer great value and lower pricing markup compared to traditional dealers. A great business model. I was thrilled to see how well they have built their business. My first purchase through Bronson was finalized in a closet-like office space twelve years ago. Now they have a beautiful building and a small lot of great, popular vehicles. A few tips: 1. If you want something on their site, don't wait. There were 3 cars like the one I bought when I came across their site. I bought the last of the three the next evening. If you wait, you may miss out on what you want. 2. If you can, use their financing. We planned on using our credit union and got pre-approved and everything, but their process with the credit union they use was just too convenient and easy to pass up. 3. If you have an older car to trade in, they will give you good advise to sell it on your own. They don't sell old, crappy cars on their lot like franchise dealers. 4. Believe the reviews on this site. These guys are clearly in this for long-term, repeat customers. They are totally honest and friendly, the polar opposite of the greed and ego you'll encounter at other car dealerships. I'll be back in a couple of years for a new SUV as well. I'm glad that these guys are getting awards and recognition in the industry, the deserve it! Thanks guys, TJ N. More
