I think the dealership is fine to do business with, but I would advise taking your time and probably having someone with you who is familiar with paperwork on large ticket items to double check that everything is clear. Kerry serviced my Altima replacing transmission at 95K miles Bought our 2011 Nissan Altima from Kerry Nissan in Florence KY. We always took it there for service. We had them replace the brakes and that was a f Bought our 2011 Nissan Altima from Kerry Nissan in Florence KY. We always took it there for service. We had them replace the brakes and that was a fiasco. My wife and I had to both go in and have a meeting with the then service manager to get resolved. Now we find out the transmission is going bad. 95,000 on the odometer and transmission has to be replaced? Not sure that they serviced the car very well. We won't be back to buy a Nissan or to Kerry. Seems to be a revolving door there also. Hard to service a customer when you know you won't be there year after year. More
