I bought my Saturn to Kevil Chevrolet for service and my experience so far has been excellent. Since Saturn was not their brand I was skeptical as to whether I would receive the same quality service I had a experience so far has been excellent. Since Saturn was not their brand I was skeptical as to whether I would receive the same quality service I had at my Saturn Dealership. I've had my car at Kevil three times and have always received excellent courteous service with an accent on economy. It is apparent that customer service is a high priority at this dealership and I strongly recommend having your car serviced here. More
Poor Service. They are never able to help without a long wait, several days, and always seem to up the price. They tried to charge us for items covered under the warranty. You should avoid them and find an wait, several days, and always seem to up the price. They tried to charge us for items covered under the warranty. You should avoid them and find another dealership or another manufacturer. More
Quick, great price, great everything. They had everything prepared before I had gotten to the dealer. Worked with me over the phone since I lived about an hour away. Held their price for my trade value even prepared before I had gotten to the dealer. Worked with me over the phone since I lived about an hour away. Held their price for my trade value even though on the way to pick up my new Equinox I hit a bird and it broke the grill on my jeep trade in. Compared to other dealers they gave me a great discount but more importantly took care of me throughout the whole process. More

I had a previous negative experience with this dealership but tried to give them another try when I had issues with my chevy. The long time service advisor, Matt Salayko is actually known to lie profusely to but tried to give them another try when I had issues with my chevy. The long time service advisor, Matt Salayko is actually known to lie profusely to customers, telling them that they need parts and services that are not necessary or required just to line his own pockets with bonus money. The service manager, Lou Popek, aside from not being knowledgeable about the industry actually avoids talking to customers, as he did to me. I know several other people who USED to take their cars here for repair and they have had the same bad experiences with Kevil and its employees that I have. In fact, the salesman that I purchased the car from smelled like marijuana and I knew more about the vehicle than he did. The service manager hires completely untrained people to work there as technicians. I have had to go back for repeat diagnostics and repairs. Not anymore. If you go there or talk to these particular individuals, if you have any kind of service done there YOUR WALLET WILL SUFFER AND YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF. Chevy should have pulled the plug on this place a long time ago. Too bad they didn't. More
I hit a curb and blew a tire. Upon doing so, i took the car in have the wheel replaced and a new tire put on. I asked for the suspension to be inspected and an allignment to be performed. According to them car in have the wheel replaced and a new tire put on. I asked for the suspension to be inspected and an allignment to be performed. According to them, the suspension was fine, no problems at all, it just needed an allignment. A month later, the car starts handling horribly. I take the car in to be told that I had a control arm that was completely broken off on one side. I was told my car was not driveable that that the replacement would be an upwards of $800. When asked what happened to the car, i informed them that the only thing that had happened was when I hit the curb. They then claimed that the control arm damage was from hitting the curb. Arguments ensued as I had had them inspect the suspension and they told me that there were no problems. Needless to say, I wound up paying the 800 bux. 2 yrs later, after a car accident that resulted in both arms being replaced in the front, I paid only $420, to have TWO replaced. This dealership will rip you off and take advantage of you. More
GREAT HOME TOWN DEALERSHIP TO DEAL WITH. THE SALESMAN ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS AND RECCOMEND THE RIGHT IMAPALA FOR ME. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND LET ME TAKE SEVERAL TEST DRIVES ACTUALLY TOOK THE TIME TO LISTEN TO MY NEEDS AND RECCOMEND THE RIGHT IMAPALA FOR ME. HE WAS VERY PATIENT WITH ME AND LET ME TAKE SEVERAL TEST DRIVES BEFORE DECIDING ON THE RIGHT CAR FOR ME. THE OWNER ACTUALLY CAME OUT TO THANK ME FOR MY BUSINESS. THAT WAS IMPRESSIVE TO ME. IF A LOW PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT IS FOR YOU, THEN KEVIL CHEVROLET IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO GO TO. More
Purchased a used 2001 Prizm here that had been on the lot for quite a few months. Negotiated price from a low-ball ($3,000 under listed) up one level before giving a final offer of $2,500 under listed pric for quite a few months. Negotiated price from a low-ball ($3,000 under listed) up one level before giving a final offer of $2,500 under listed price <> they will work with you if you are firm. And secondly, we knew how long they had the car from the CarFax report, offered cash that day and closed the deal in under 2 hours total time at the dealership. Car was ready when promised and completely clean both inside and out with a full tank of gas. Dealer was good with follow-up and fortunately, car has been perfect despite needing a set of front brakes but with all the money saved up front, didn't feel bad about the purchase at all and would consider when the next occasion to purchase comes around. Upon my visit for a mechanical/brake problem, the service department was extremely dishonest when it came to telling me what services were needed for my vehicle. Not only was I offered services that are not department was extremely dishonest when it came to telling me what services were needed for my vehicle. Not only was I offered services that are not recommended by General Motors (specifically engine flush) but when I had very expensive brake work performed on my vehicle they added in anti-squeal compound at an additional cost and never explained it to me ahead of time. I needed to return to have the intial problem with my vehicle fixed that was not completed correctly the first time - very inconvenient. The service department was not very helpful and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I will never return to these people for anything. More
