When the Key Auto Group was formed, the owner realized that most customers were tired of buying cars the "old-fashioned" way. He wanted to get rid of negotiating back and forth over a price, and pressure from the salesperson. This stressful process could last hours! The customer would end up driving away in their new vehicle with no assurance that they received the best deal possible. That's not how we do business. That's why we started the Hassle-Free Zone.

Asked for more specifics on the repair and wasn't provided with them. Had a 9 am appointment and truck was done at 1pm for what should have been an hour job. Tyler told me the reason was his tech was provided with them. Had a 9 am appointment and truck was done at 1pm for what should have been an hour job. Tyler told me the reason was his tech was working on multiple vehicles. If I have an appointment and waiting why is the tech working on other vehicles? Lug nuts are all chipped and rusting do to what I would say a wore out socket or improper size. The technicians write up on diagnose and repair was a poor way to test faulty equipment and didn't detail the real problem which was supposedly a faulty wire on the trucks main harness. This is a new truck and I want to keep it dependable so I asked specifics on location of repair and methods used to repair. Tyler seemed condescending and couldn't understand what my problem was, 'it's fixed and no fee to me' no kidding I bought a truck with a warranty. More
