He wanted to get rid of negotiating back and forth over a price, and pressure from the salesperson. This stressful process could last hours! They fixed the issue, and were up front about what needed
to be done and my options. The only issue was a hiccup that meant it took all day to clarify that the work was covered under my service plan.
