They were unprepared, at first I was impressed with how quickly they were taking care of the car. But then it just came off as unprepared. Twice I was given a loaner with no gas in it. I would not even give this place 1 star but it says I have too. They didnt even know my vehicle was there because they didnt reach fsr enough into the drop box, is what the service advisor told me. Told me my vehicle was ready, it only needed a little bit of lube on the rod to the sliding door. I get there pay for the lube job only to find out my door still doesnt open and now it makes a very loud buzzing noise every time it locks or unlocks. This is because I brought it there for a lock acualator issue that is covered under warranty. I also asked for the front lock to be replaced because it doesnt lock unless you do it manually. They told me I never asked about the front door, but they are the ones that told me it would cost me what ever my warranty deductible was. I paid more for a little bit of lube that did not fix the issue than if I had paid for the deductible and had the issue fixed. They refused to give me my money back as well. I am now waiting to tslk to the service manger. Very unhappy about my experience! More

Oil change. Waiting room was dirty, especially the Keurig. And everything had been in a state of upheaval for a while.
