I've never in my life seen a dealership not willing to help the customer.. Service dept nickels and dimes you to death. They're rude and not understanding. The only problem was waiting ten days before my vehicle could be looked at. Because the issue was one where the vehicle could not be used, that was a long time and then to find out it needed parts that ha could be looked at. The vehicle was repaired okay, it was the twelve days without a vehicle that was very difficult for me. More
