Best vehicle buying experience ever I searched the Internet for the Jeep I wanted and found 3. I provided information to the 3 dealerships on how to reach me. 1 never responded, 1 had th I searched the Internet for the Jeep I wanted and found 3. I provided information to the 3 dealerships on how to reach me. 1 never responded, 1 had the Jeep but it was a Demo for the owner, and the other, Poulin, responded promptly and offered to assist me. After exchanging information for a couple of days, we came to a purchase agreement and I completed an online application and scheduled an appointment for delivery. When I arrived, I could see the Jeep in front of the building, clean and with temp plate installed. We were greeted immediately and asked if we needed anything and was directed to drive the jeep first to ensure I was happy with it. When we sat to do paperwork, it was already done, I just had to sign. After signing, we were introduced to the service and parts departments and received coupons for free maintenance. After driving home, I received a follow up email to ensure I was happy. A majority of this was done over the Internet, with one 5 minute phone call and delivery at the dealership which took less than 1 hour. Absolutely no stress!! I remain amazed at how smooth this was. My thanks go out to Lisa Edwards and Steve Laudenbach for excellent, professional and friendly service. I will certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! More
