We showed up on a Sunday afternoon when they were short staffed. They quickly brought the car around and started acquainting us with the many features of the car. We started with one gentleman (Brian, who we later found out was the owner) who then passed us on to someone who was even more knowledgeable about the car. Once we indicated we wanted the car, they came up with a good price for the car, which included an extra $500 rebate that the owner found had been sent to us via mail (which we probably never even saw). The salesman, Sean, was friendly, funny, and informative. He made sure we understood the important features of the car that we had never dealt with before. We picked up the car two days later. At no time did we feel 'talked-down' to or manipulated. There has only been one other dealership (Carlson's motors in Concord) where I could say that. I would certainly buy a car here again, even though it's an hours drive from my house. More
