Everyone is very friendly from the moment I walk into the service department to when I pay my bill. They acknowledged me when I walked in the door, and when the appointment took longer than usual because the service department to when I pay my bill. I was very impressed, they didn't have to do that, but they did! My only negitive thing to say is that I miss the 'quiet room' for waiting for my jeep, I like to read while I wait and the TV is very distracting. More

Friendly, curtious, called when work complete, picked me up with a shuttle, no cost as this was warranty. Two rattles reported, were not found. One would not produce rattle when I picked up. I am never disappointed with the quality of work or the efficiency with which it is completed.
