I worked with Brian locating my new car. I am a little disappointed in the fact that I called to make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still p make an appointment because check engine lights that came on. The light went off prior to bringing the vehicle in. I was told that they could still pull the codes to diagnose the problem. After they performed the service, I was told that until the check engine light was on and they could pull the codes with the light on, they cannot diagnose the problem. I asked if I would have to pay again for the computer diagnose and they said yes. If I had known that the light HAD to be on, then I would not have brought in the vehicle in. I would have waited and saved $90. Disappointed! More

After extensive searching on the internet for the vehicle we have been in the market for we finally found what We wanted "2012 Jeep JK 2 door 4x4 Deep Chery Red Crystal Pearl Coat, (we continually get comments on the color). I have been wanting to purchase from Poulin Auto Coutry mainly to get away from the larger dealerships low and behold they had the Jeep we Wanted. Sean Duffy (great perspnality0 sold the Jeep to us, got what I wanted for my 2002 Jeep TJ trade-in, and it all worked out. This was our 1st service, I called made the appointment showed up 15 min early, I brought a book to read expecting to have to have waited much longer like we have in the past and I was out of there in no time at all, didn't even have time to really get into the book. Scott Dulac came to get me in the waiting room i signed the service paper and he gave me the coupon for the next 3 services. great experience/s all around. sincerly, William & Denise Hanson p.s.
