This was my first time at poulin, and I was extremely impressed. I needed an oil change and tire rotation along with the back window hatch not working and the easy exit seat not working. Mind you, this is a brand new jeep liberty I bought in February at another dealership that was less than impressive, and that was my reason for seeking a new dealership to service my vehicle. Not only did they do the maintenance I had asked for but did a basic all over inspection- checking fluid levels, tire treads etc. I thought that was awesome! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Even giving a call when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Two thumbs up for sure! More

I was very satisfied with my recent visit to the Service Dept. at Poulin in Rochester. My 1999 Jeep did not pass inspection, and I was not sure what to do since I was not able to afford the repairs or the p Dept. at Poulin in Rochester. My 1999 Jeep did not pass inspection, and I was not sure what to do since I was not able to afford the repairs or the purchase of a new (used) vehicle. The Service manager and customer service person communicated with me and worked with me, and I did have the repairs done. I am now very glad to report that my Jeep is on the road again, and I feel good about driving it. I love my Jeep Cherokee, and I was not ready to give it up. I need a 4WD vehicle, and my Jeep has been an excellent vehicle for me. Also, I like my interior and sound system. I listed 'Price' as good vs. great, since money is always an issue that is not pleasant or easy. I highly recommend Poulin, and I have always bought my Jeeps and vans at Poulin. Thank you!
