Service department mistakenly performed a 60K mile service for my vehicle that had only 31K of miles which they ended up replacing the drive belt. The Drive Belt was not needed but they went ahead an service for my vehicle that had only 31K of miles which they ended up replacing the drive belt. The Drive Belt was not needed but they went ahead and performed the replacement without my consent (they said it was required). It's not even mandatory at 60K miles, but you would think you get a courtesy call. Management (Billmary Ortiz) has been giving me the runaround for almost 2 years now and has not replied back by phone or email. I've been a customer with Hyundai since 2007 which I'll never go back to this dealership. More
I purchased a 2024 Santa Fe Hybrid Limited in August of 2024. Our sales rep, Andy Constantinou, was fantastic. We like vehicle very much and the new tech is pretty good. Unfortunately; the Service Dep 2024. Our sales rep, Andy Constantinou, was fantastic. We like vehicle very much and the new tech is pretty good. Unfortunately; the Service Department is awful. I brought my vehicle in less than a month due to a vibration at highway speed. The Service Department managed to damage my car while it was in the shop requiring a visit to the body shop where it spent a month while someone figure out the right paint codes. After getting the car back and several more visits to Service; I still have the vibration at highway speed and have engaged Hyundai Corporate to help with the resolution. Stay tuned - this isn't over yet! More

Service manager said they'd call with any updates and when it was done. I never received any updates throughout the day. At the end of work, I called them to see what the status was. Four calls, two voicemails, and multiple texts got no response. I finally called the sales department and someone physically had to walk over to service to find someone to get on the phone. Turns out the person in charge of my car was not even in today, so no one reached out to me and the people who were in had no idea if my car was completed or not. I could go get it, but it could turn out that it was not fully serviced. The person I spoke with had no answers for me and said I'd have to wait to hear about it tomorrow. My wife needs the car tomorrow and I have work so I can't come get it tomorrow until I'm back from work....An oil change should not take two days... Then when an issue about payment came up, the service advisor on the phone was beyond rude and condescending about my concern, constantly talking over me to repeat the same message, disregarding all context or common sense, but laying on the condescension thick. I've spent plenty of time working in jobs dealing with the public, but this was by far the most self-important know-it-all, with zero people skills, that I've ever come across. He kept trying to think of new ways to explain the situation to me as if I was having difficulty understanding the English language, while making it abundantly clear he thought I was an idiot. When I called back the next day it took many calls spread out over hours before anyone even picked up. Come to find out, they never told the guy (who actually was out) that my car had been assigned to him so he had no clue what was going on with it either. Not his fault, but just another ridiculous step in the process of getting a simple oil change and tire rotation. Whatever you do, do not bring your car here for service. More
We are 30+ year customers of Hyundai vehicles. We've never had a bad experience when Larry Plunkett was the Service Manager. However, moving ahead to a current visit to Hyundai for an issue on a new 2024 Venue that was purchased only 2 weeks ago, Aldo from the Service Department gets a 10 star review! He intervened when I was dealing with a couple of service guys at the front desk who wouldn't help me with a serious issue that I had with my newly purchased Venue. To elaborate on the two very unhelpful service men would be counterproductive, so I'm sincerely hoping that Hyundai Management acknowledges Aldo's for his exceptionally stellar customer service skills and his valuable work ethic and perhaps mention to the rest of his Service Staff that all customers deserve to be treated the way that Aldo treated us. Way to go Aldo! Your kindness restored my faith in a department within your company that has been a constant disappointment. More
As a loyal customer for many years it’s saddens me that there is an issue that is being delayed a response . Service manager apparently hasn’t been available to communicate with me. Service department is HORRIFIC. Car has cracked manifold and covered under warranty. They snapped of three bolts i called and got them awarded three hours from warranty company to Car has cracked manifold and covered under warranty. They cant remove the studs and kept the money and the also messed threads in the head and want me to pay 1900 plus tax in labor for a new head. as i had to argue over this and only got parts covered by third party. I shouldn't have to pay because the shop couldn't do it and messed up the head. More

I have driven the 35 minutes to the dealer multiple times with only promises that they will get back to me. I have filed complaints with Hyundai corporate to no avail. Even the corporate office can get them to respond. NEVER give this dealer ANY business. Key Hyundai of Milford leadership is ultimately responsible for this. More
