We came to look at a couple of EVs they had in stock. Unfortunately, they didn't really have what we were looking for, which is no big deal. They are noncomission, which is nice as it eases the pressure on the salesmen, and by extension, the customers. The experience ended up being a mixed one. The good: - Our salesman, Tristan, was great! I think he may be new to the business but he was very friendly and knowledgeable, and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. He also stuck around after the dealership closed when we had car issues (see below) and tried to help us as best he could. We were impressed. - The facility was well-maintained and everyone we interacted with was very friendly. The bad: - The sales manager was a bit pushy. At one point he was trying to put us in a vehicle similar to one we had already decided wasn't a good fit. At another, he was trying to sell us a new vehicle (after we said we weren't looking to buy new) by offering us a lease that he would then convert into a loan...it seemed fishy. I get that sales is their job, but it was a bit awkward for us. The ugly: - The service tech who ran diagnostics on our intended trade-in vehicle inadvertently tripped something in the vehicle's electrical system, triggering fault codes and resulting in a loss of power braking assist. Unfortunately, by the time we were ready to leave, the service department was closed and the techs had gone home. So...we had to drive home in a broken car. While this was certainly unintentional, it was an issue caused by their equipment that we had to pay real money at another dealer to have fixed. We are attempting to recoup the repair cost...update to come. More
Such an incredible, fast and extremely pleasant leasing experience. All staff were amazing to work with. Special shout out to Tristian and Franklin!
