My Review of Keyes Toyota:
I own a Toyota Celica... while driving fairly close to the Keyes Toyota dealership, I heard a strange dragging sound... pulled over to a gas station and noticed that the plastic protective shield under the engine had popped off in a corner and was dragging on the pavement.
What holds these pieces up is a small plastic 'rivet' type screw. Absolutely nothing else was wrong with the car.
I stopped into Keyes...pulled into the service area, and stood by my car for about 5 minutes. I was taken into an office and left there for another 5 minutes, although they did give me a water. I explained that I just needed to have the 'rivet' put back in place.
The service manager shows up and starts writing up paperwork... then he gives me an estimate, just to look at the car. Most dealerships that I have dealt with in the past would have just popped a rivet in and I would have been on my way... Not these guys... before he would even look at my car he wanted a deposit... A freaking Deposit!!! For a 30 cent part and 1 minute of labor.
After explaining to him several times that I don't need a vehicle inspection, I don't need any other work done other than this small piece reinserted... he still insisted that the minimum would be the ~75.00 he quoted me... but, if I needed any additional work, they would deduct that fee from the labor, WooHoo! AGAIN, I explained that I don't need additional work, just the rivet.
I ended up buying the part needed for $1.00 and putting it back on in their driveway... cars been fine ever since.
Although my 5 minute problem turned into more than an hour.

Idiots over there... If they were ready and willing to nickel and dime me on a $1.00 part... just imagine what they'd do with creative financing and labor charges....They definitely were not too interested in obtaining a new customer.
BE VERY AWARE... In fact, avoid like the plague.

My Review of Keyes Toyota:
I went to Keyes Toyota looking for a car that was being advertised. When I arrived the salesman told me that the corolla I was looking for was no longer available, but that he could match the price on another car. Two hours later I found myself talking to the Sales Mgr Hovik who was very rude trying to push me into a deal he referred to as a lease option to buy that I could buy out in 9 months, that just didn't feel right. Im glad I was cautious about my decision. As I walked away I could over here them speaking in a foreign language about me. Please look this people up on the Better Buisness Bureau and BEWARE!! and tell you're friends to stay away from this dealer who deceives the consumer.

My Review of Keyes Toyota:
I was intrested in purchasing a vehicle and wanted to test drive it. We asked one of the employees if we could and they asked someone to get one of the salesman to help us. The guy he asked to help us said "you get someone your closer".

Finnaly they led us outside to about 5 or 6 free salesman and asked one fo them to take us. They all started arguing about who was going to take us. Not in the sense that they all wanted to take us, none of them did. They said go get a hat and we will put all our names in and see who has to take you.

By then we had it and left. It was like dealing with a bunch of kindergarden kids. NEVER BUY A CAR HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Review of Keyes Toyota:
I put a down payment on a 2006 Toyota Solara SE convertible with the assurance that it would be on the lot a week later. Three weeks later I was taking the bus to work and Keyes still had my deposit check. The sales manager was the picture of insincerity who made several promises by specific dates and those dates came and went without result. My experience with Keyes Toyota is that they made claims that they never had any intention of delivering and unconscionably wasted my time without giving it a moment's thought.
