I purchased a 2010 F-150 which needed a steering rack installed to correct a tight turning. I took it back to them after about 15 days because the steering was still tight. They installed another steeri installed to correct a tight turning. I took it back to them after about 15 days because the steering was still tight. They installed another steering rack , but it did not correct the problem. They immediately ordered a lower steering arm and installed it the next day- this corrected the problem. They gave me a loaner car and repaired the truck for no charge. In my opinion, This is by far the best interaction/experience I have ever had with a car dealer, and I have purchased about at least 20 vehicles during my life. They are AWESOME! More

Took F150 in for state inspection. Video done by the mechanic pointing out various points on the truck is a great feature.
