I purchased a 2019 Cadillac CT6. I was told that the car would be ready for pick up at a specific time but when I arrived, I was told that I had to wait another 20 mins which turned I was told that the car would be ready for pick up at a specific time but when I arrived, I was told that I had to wait another 20 mins which turned out to be more like two hours. Additionally, before buying the car I pointed out the center A/C vent was broken and my sales rep told me that they would fix it. After I took possession of the car, I discovered that they tried gluing the broken piece to the vent instead of actually fixing the vent. I also discovered that the passenger side vent was broken and also needs to be replaced. You would think for the price I paid for this car ($40,000+), these two small items would have been fixed before handing the car over to me. Disappointed that the sales rep did not address these details properly, it says a lot about used car salesmen. What's amazing is that I priced out the two parts and they cost a total of about $150.00. I have decided to take the car to a Cadillac dealership where they will fix these issues properly. I would have been willing to overlook the poor communication about the pick up time, but not addressing the A/C vent correctly says a lot about the sales rep and the dealership itself. Safe to say, I will not be buying any more cars from this dealership. More
