Yay Keystone! I know nothing about cars but that didn't even matter here. The first time I bought a car the dealer didn't really help with that. This is my first time signing papers and putting stuff under my name. I was surprised but so happy that both employees explained things to my dad but also to me. I like to understand what is going on so that was awesome. I assumed most dealers are just sexist and fake people but these guys were cool and easy to talk with. Hopefully I won't be back for a car soon but if I am I am coming back. They made all the paperwork easy too. The cars are clean, the prices easily seen, no smoke, no mirrors, no shady stuff, just good honest guys interested in what I needed in a car and how they could help. We were able to test drive a number of cars and decided on a car that was a good fit for us. The process was painless. Both Ron and Dan are knowledgeable, friendly, fair and just good guys who love cars. When our daughter needed a car years ago, we went to them. They made sure she was in a safe vehicle. I drove by the dealership on our way home and decided to stop in. I was in the car market to upgrade my small coupe to a family car. Dan and Ron were fantastic. They were very straight forward and were willing to work with me. "What can we do to help you feel confident with your purchase?" Their professionalism was refreshing. They were not trying to sell me things that I did not need. I requested a "smoke bomb" as a previous owner was a smoker, they said "no problem, we'll do it today." Having first visited the dealership on Saturday, I was able to drive home in my new car on Tuesday. They worked with me with the DOT paperwork and even my insurance company. Ron had a few minor details taken care of in the shop and handled all the RMV paperwork and registration and inspection. He even delivered it right to our door! I was looking for a plow vehicle for the winter, Keystone automotive had a 2001 Chevy 1500 on the lot. The truck didn't have the plow I was looking for. The salesman "Ron" asked what I was looking for, I t automotive had a 2001 Chevy 1500 on the lot. The truck didn't have the plow I was looking for. The salesman "Ron" asked what I was looking for, I told him I needed something with an 8' plow. He explained that he had a truck that I might want to take a look at but he wouldn't have it until the next day. The next day I found a little time in my schedule and figured I would take a quick ride to see if he had the truck. Sure enough the truck was there. The Ford F250 was everything Ron said it was and in the price range we discussed the day before. We talked about a few things such as adding winter wiper blades and backup lights. No problem they where added to the truck before I took delivery at a minimal increase in price. The deal went smooth and stress free. After driving the truck for 8 days I noticed the antilock break light came on. I called Ron and told him what happened. He asked me to drop the vehicle when it was convenient for me. I dropped the truck off the next day and I was given a ride home by his yard guy. Ron called me the next day and said my truck was all set and I could pick it up any time. I had to work late that day and asked if keystone was open till 9 PM. Ron said someone would be there waiting for me. Again it was a totally stress free situation, the truck was as clean as when I dropped it off and was fixed correctly. I was very impressed with Ron's honesty and the overall friendliness of the dealership. More
