I bought two cars (08' XC90, 2012 S60) from Paul Heiser at Keystone Doylestown, and have had great experiences both times. This was my third Volvo from Richard Wobensmith & Keystone Motors. In this case Rich found me special 19 inch Volvo Custom Wheels & Pirelli Scorpion Tires and I loved the look of making my car uniqu Keystone Motors. When I picked up my new Volvo XC90 there were 4 tires & wheels in the back of teh car....Rich explained that I owned those as well bacause the special order 19 inch ones were at my extra expense. I told him I did not need a 2nd set of tires & wheels and asked him to buy those back from me.....he was happy to oblige me and gave me an extra $500 credit for the standard rims & tires. In addition I did not want to spend more $440 per month and Rich made that my number....so overall I was satisfied with the sales service I received & the product is excellent. Rich spent as much time with me as I needed, answered ALL my questions, addressed my concerns and pointed me in the right direction with various options that were available with the S40. I really appreciated working with a salesperson that I felt took my interests seriously and wasn't just out to make a sale. He gave me time to digest everything and I never felt pressured. I felt I had access to a Volvo and lease advisor. I felt very comfortable with the process. I can honestly say that since leasing cars for my business over the past 14 years, this was the best leasing experience I have ever had. And, since I have been in for routine service issues...and also used the body shop, I have to say my experience with Keystone has been absolutely perfect! More

Love my Volvo S60 that I bought from Keystone Volvo. It handled any kind of weather as if it is a dry summer day. I feel very safe driving it! Pete and Ben in the service department always make me feel like family and get my car serviced usually that day and I never have to take day off work which is important. They work with my schedule and needs. Jeffrey and Paul are great sales people which understood what I was looking for and met my needs fiancially. Jeff sold me my first car and Paul just sold me my second Volvo. All of these employees have worked at Keystone for years which is a sign of a stable company that retains their employees. Craig the manager is great too. Really made me feel like a top rated customer. The whole staff at this organization always takes care of my needs, resolve issues promptly and are friendly and courteous which is how customers should be treated and which is the number #1 reason why I did not buy a different brand of car because I did not want to leave this organization and their level of service. I just could not think about going somewhere else and risk losing this level of service. Plus Volvo is a great product. More
