Best price - by far - of many used BMW X5s I looked with/similar mileage! And a more current year than most all I looked at on line! Gavin was the representative. I had to buy my new car. He was very informative and I purchased it there because he treated me just like I was his grandmother family even I’m 63 an I had to buy my new car. He was very informative and I purchased it there because he treated me just like I was his grandmother family even I’m 63 and not used to all the technology in these new cars and he literally walked me through everything and showed me exactly what everything was like between the car I got and the Kia and showed me all the ins and outs of the of the cars that I was interested in looking at. And then after I purchased the car, he even came out and showed me how to use everything absolutely amazing especially when you don’t know about technology in a car.🫶🙏😇🥰🤩😍🐕🦺🐈⬛🪽🪽🤪😘😎🥳🤩 More

My experience at this dealership was not great Brought my vehicle in for a recall campaign. They corrected my recall issue, but failed to correct the damages caused by the recall and it was stated that any d vehicle in for a recall campaign. They corrected my recall issue, but failed to correct the damages caused by the recall and it was stated that any damages that my vehicle suffered due to the recall, those issues would be fixed under warranty. So I brought my vehicle in with my check engine light on. I get it back check engine light is off, but I was told by service advisor Brenda that my check engine light was not on when I brought the vehicle in and their technician did not record any codes That was produced by my check engine light. In all of my years and experience in the automotive industry I’ve never known for a service technician not to record or document codes produced from your vehicle. Now I have a Kia soul that will not go over 40 mph will not maintain power, but my check engine light will not illuminate to produce the to inform me what is going on with my vehicle. So from this experience, I’m convinced the service advisor do not listen to the customers or their concerns because if they had I would not be in this situation. Sidenote they did offer a 50-50 Goodwill split if I wanted to go through with repairs. Which also was alarming because I’ve never had my vehicle service at this dealership, no type of history so to offer a Goodwill to a customer that has never visited their dealership nor have any type of service records with this dealership raises questions to why was I offered a 50-50 Goodwill split From my experience that is only offered to customers that are loyal to the brand have decent to excellent service history with that brand and I have none of the above but Was still offered a 50-50 split go figure. Definitely wish I had gone to Kia of Auburn rather than deal with these shade tree mechanics. More
