I’m writing this review to change my 1st review of this dealship I purchased a 2024 Kia x-line and 3 days later it was in the shop it was something that wasn’t a easy fix I asked for a new car and that’s w dealship I purchased a 2024 Kia x-line and 3 days later it was in the shop it was something that wasn’t a easy fix I asked for a new car and that’s when the problems started Well the very next day Jason Leming the sales manager called me to say that he’s looking into it and would call me back he lived up to his promise and the next day came up with the solution to my problem He gave me a new car off the lot and it was identical to mine we had a long talk and after his first call to me really put me a ease and then I knew that he was the right person and he was making everything good and when I got there to pick up the new car he had Jimmy Walker on of the salesmen he told his time with me setting up everything in my car and he was excellent and when I was done he gave me his card and said If I needed anything to please call him Jason and Jimmy was excellent and worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with everything I will definitely be back when I’m ready for another car These two guys were excellent and I don’t know how they get paid but these guys deserve a very big pay raise they have definitely earned my trust and I will definitely be back and I will tell all my friends to go there and to see these two guys I just want to say thank you and you have earned me as a customer for life Thank you Jason and jimmy you guys are great and thank you again More

I would not buy another car from this dealership I purchased a new 2024 Kia sportage x-line I had it 3 days went to start it every safety warning light came on would not come out of park the car was r purchased a new 2024 Kia sportage x-line I had it 3 days went to start it every safety warning light came on would not come out of park the car was running and the tachometer wasn’t working finally I was able to get it out of park and took it to the service department I really don’t think they knew what was wrong they unplugged and reconnected all connections they test drove it twice they said it was fixed I got in it and started it up and everything came back on the had to give me a loner car to drive they now say the motherboard has to be replaced and its going to take a week my concern is what is going to go wrong after replacing the motherboard which controls the car I went back to the sales department and told them I want a new car Well I’m sure you can guess what they said they said I would have to pay $4000 to get a new car they couldn’t just swap cars since they sent the paperwork to the dmv they couldn’t sell it as a new car I’m done with this dealership and this is the 3rd. Car I have purchased from them in 4 years and I get treated like this I’m going to do all I can to ruin this dealership More
The service was great and it was done in a reasonable amount of time. However, I was not pleased with them not being able to provide the service for the recall of the backup camera. This employee was extremely short and rude with me. She made me so uncomfortable that I contacted KIA HEADQUARTERS to advocate for me in reference to when my car would be completed. The waiting area needs an overhaul. Actually, the whole dealership seems a bit old and tired looking. The service employees are friendly and courteous. I had to wait a month for a loan Actually, the whole dealership seems a bit old and tired looking. The service employees are friendly and courteous. I had to wait a month for a loaner car until I could bring in my 65k Kia EV6 then the issue wasn't diagnosed by service but by me on a Kia EV6 chatroom. I hope this lack of knowledge about this electric car will not be an issue in the future if anything else develops. Not feeling real confident!! If you continue to sell higher cost vehicles, I hope that you treat us buyers in a more professional manner from start to finish!! More
