He listens, hears, and applies his knowledge to what you've told and asked him. He's been very patient with an old koot, like me, and chooses the subjects and details to inform me of. In the past, I'd consider visiting another 1 or 2 dealerships, trying to pull me in with offers. This time I didn't consider it. I knew I could discuss such offers with Troy, & get straight truthful answers. I wasn't planning turning in my still 4 months lease, but after giving Troy the time to go thru your inventory, and listen to his offer, I decided waiting was not the best idea. I recommend Troy at Kia Delray, to any friends or neighbors who discuss such with me. More

This is my 3rd KIA Lease from Delray. I have had 4 Kia's, an Optima, now my 3rd Sportage. I have always serviced my cars here and have had nothing but excellent personal service. DEREK LOTZ was STELLAR in helping me trade out my current Sportage lease to get to an X-line Prestige model Sportage. I was met at the door, and had an appt. Derek immediately asked how he could help and was very easy to speak to and work with. NOT a pushy salesperson. The exact model I wanted was just delivered! We instantly took a test drive, and he answered all my questions thoughtfully and accurately. Within minutes we were negotiating a new lease and the entire process was not intimidating, and we came to an agreement in under 30 minutes. I was satisfied with my final payment. From walking through the door–to walking out literally took 2 hours. NEVER before has it taken so little time. By far my best experience at a dealer. I would Recommend this Delray Kia dealer to anyone looking for a new or used KIA, and absolutely ask for DEREK LOTZ to help you with your decision! More

My local dealership is Delray Kia. I needed to trade in and trade down grade my perfect condition Sportage EX with 16K miles. I was offered, if I leased that day the floor model, a da I needed to trade in and trade down grade my perfect condition Sportage EX with 16K miles. I was offered, if I leased that day the floor model, a dark blue, black interior, black rim, basic Forte Ex for: 3 years @ $375, with 1k down or 4 year @ $365 with 1k down. I tried to negotiate the 4 years lease down because I did not think it could possibly be that high since I was only paying $399 for my Sportage. I tried to low ball my offer on the 4 year lease. This is what I (we) heard the manager say, "is she out of her blankin mind!). My only option seemed to be to lease a used car. I ended up at Coral Springs as they had more used cars. Cheyenne was my HONEST salesperson. He spent much time with me walking around the lot helping me find the car that matched what I was looking for. Then I found out I could not lease a used car. Cheyenne offered to try and beat the price I was given in Delray. I thought I would see the game he would play. Let me just say, go to Coral Springs Kia. They are honest!!! Cheyenne came back to me with this. The Forte in the GT line (I will not need a pillow for my seat now), in my color for: 3 years @ $320 w 0 down. Sold! SHAME ON DELRAY! With all said, you now know you should not go to Kia Delray. You should think about checking out Kia Coral Springs before deciding on where you want to purchase your new Kia. Stay away from Kia Delray! (This does not reflect on the salesperson. He tried his very best). More
I dropped off my car because the back tail light is not working and of course the anti theft recall. I picked up the 4 days later, light still not working. When the service rep JB came to talk me he blamed working and of course the anti theft recall. I picked up the 4 days later, light still not working. When the service rep JB came to talk me he blamed it on me stating “you said it was just the light” to which I replied I am not a mechanic. He said well the compartment has water condensation the whole part needs to be replaced! Not to mention no one called me to update me on the status of the car and my husband had to call the service manager to find out. You would think after so many days with the possession of my car the would’ve figured that out. I had to take the car somewhere else. Staff is very unprofessional as well. JB service rep told me to “have a great day” after I said I was taking the car somewhere else. More
