worst dealer ever!!! Where to start... My girlfriend and I first went to Kia in November 2014 and traded in a Chrysler 300 for a 2013 Kia Sportage, This so called "busines Where to start... My girlfriend and I first went to Kia in November 2014 and traded in a Chrysler 300 for a 2013 Kia Sportage, This so called "business" was suppose to pay off the Chrysler but took their sweet time in doing so causing multiple payments to keep getting processed out of our account. We were paying not only for the Chrysler but also for the Kia at the same time, After many unreturned phone calls to Kia on the boulevard it took about 3 months to resolve. Fast forward to about a week ago we went on a family vacation and on our way back home on I-95 in Wilmington, Delaware the engine blows and our car catches fire. After a thorough check of the vehicle by Kia of Wilmington it was determined that the engine was faulty and we needed to go through the vehicle's warranty to get it fixed. Unfortunately we had to again call Kia on the boulevard to get some paperwork for the vehicle that was needed. I spoke to a guy named "Carl" who was the rudest unprofessional person I've ever spoken with in my life. Carl gave me an attitude from the start even after explaining my situation with the vehicle, I asked him can he fax or email me over the paperwork I needed and he simply said "No" I then asked him can I go pick up the paperwork and he then hangs up on me. I called back and got his voicemail and I left a message but of course no call back. This has been the worst experience I've ever had with any kind of company period! Something should be done about this place and a business should never be ran in this type of unprofessional and unreliable manner, I can almost guarantee that I speak for many customers of Kia on the boulevard when I say STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALER! More

the reason for my rating is because we purchased on 11/6/2014 and we still have not gotten an owners card.. phone calls go unanswered time after time. Finally receive a call to ask my address??? Then told the papers are on her desk and will be in the mail. That was two weeks ago!! 11/06/13 today 3/22/14 and still no papers!! I guess they are coming by wagon train!! Good luck with these people! More
My experience with Kia has been amazing every time! All of the employees are super friendly and willing to help. I have a 2013 Forte Koup and every time I need service done it is very painless and they do of the employees are super friendly and willing to help.
