My husband and I finally found the service we were looking for when we found Kia in Billings. We had visited four car dealerships previously and had not felt that anyone was interested in our needs. Starting with Claw, our sales person, and the rest of the crew, we were extremely satisfied with their help and shook hands on a great transaction. Claw took the time to keep in touch without being overbearing and we found ourselves counting on him for his help. We discovered that Claw knows his stuff! My husband really enjoyed working with Chris as they jostled back and forth! We will return for future pruchases and tell our friends and family that we recommend Kia in Billings. Thank you, KIA. Our transaction was trulty enjoyable! More

It is the nicest car I have ever owned. I appreciate all of the help the Kia of Billings team have given me. Their kindness and willingness to help was a breath of fresh air. Stay away from this dealership. Their " GM" is shady. Offered us 6 k less on trade in than other dealerships. And after when he " revised" paperwork it didn't make sense. He of Their " GM" is shady. We purchased a vehicle a couple weeks ago from here. I would never do it again based on our experience. We were promised and told things that they never followed through with. Packed up my family and dr I would never do it again based on our experience. We were promised and told things that they never followed through with. Packed up my family and drove 4.5 hours to go pick our vehicle up. Was promised before we got there they would fix an issue with trim around our windows. Got the run around and it was never fixed. We don’t have a KIA dealership in our town. I asked several times if all safety recalls were fixed on the vehicle because otherwise I’d have to take a half day off work to get it fixed. Was assured multiple times that they wouldn’t sell it without having the service work done on it. After reading the car fax after the sale, there’s still 2 recalls out on it. Completely lied to. To top it off, I had my wife, 11 month and 6 year old drive the vehicle back home. A day later one of the tires was low. I took it into our TRUSTED mechanic and there were 3 plugs in just that one tire. There’s no way they didn’t see that when they rotated the tires. What would have happened had that tire blown while they were driving home? I had to buy all new tires for it. I reached out to the sales associate I was working with and the sales manager. Neither have even acknowledged my concerns. Promises made, not promises kept. I understand sometimes mistakes are made, but then acknowledge, apologize and try to make it right. Find a car dealership you can TRUST. Steer clear from here. More

What kind of business is this? ?? I was communicating all day with a salesman from Kia of Billings and was buying a truck from them for my husband as a surprise for our 20 year anni ?? I was communicating all day with a salesman from Kia of Billings and was buying a truck from them for my husband as a surprise for our 20 year anniversary. The salesman even said the was gonna put a bow on it for me. We made an appt. & was early. After test driving and telling my husband it was his, we went inside & they sat me down & then told me someone else bought it. My husband was so excited and now I feel like crap cuz of their bad business practices.. Who does that!! The “manager” said I had not deposit or letter of finance approval. I had it in my purse the whole time. Don’t BUY from them unless you want to get screwed over!!! Now my surprise is ruined!! BUYER BEWARE!! More
