We purchased a 2013 Kia Optima SXL on 5/4/13 and we absolutely love this car! Josh was our sales person and he did an excellent job at everything. All we can say is this dealership is totally AWESOME! We were pleased with everything!

They did the oil change so fast that I was shocked and they also did not rotate my tires normally you are told what needs to be changed on your car and maintenance repairs or changes. There was none of that done that it really makes me think if they even did the oil change. They always call me by the previous owner of the car that I have now and I have told them that multiple times and they supposebly changed on the computer, but always get it wrong. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE TO NO ONE. DONT COME HERE! THEY SUCK WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE..

I was involved in an accident here in Charlotte 1200 miles from home. Our vehicle had damage to the radiator, condenser, and associated hoses and could not be driven any distance. I took the car in on a very busy Saturday and they were able to fit us in and determine the extent of the damage. On Monday morning Adam Shepard worked with our insurance agent in Wisconsin to get authorization to order the parts and make the repairs. By 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday we were on the road. I want to commend Kia of Gastonia and Adam Shepard for what I consider service above and beyond what could be expected. If you are looking to buy a Kia in the Charlotte area or need repairs for your existing Kia I would encourage you to go to Kia of Gastonia.

Brian Eagan (salesman)was friendly, knowledgeable,and went the extra mile to help us get the vehicle we wanted.
The other managers also helped us get great financing made this sale a great experience. Thanks also to Lloyd Nivens III(salesman) that let us take the new Sorento home overnight . This was a dealmaker because we were able to drive on our roads to see how we liked the SUV..
We got the best price here! We had been to other dealerships in the area. I recommend this dealership highly!!! They also took time

I worked with Brian Eagan as my sales person to buy a used sorento that was mechincally sound,clean and had leather seats. Boy did he find me a clean one! This is where I was introduced to Ray Bruce and his team, because there was a small issue mechincally with the car.This is where they earned my buisness! They were profesional and worked hard to resolve the issue and answered any question i had. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car new and used.

Our experience with this Kia dealership, and specifically Brian Eagan, was by far the best car shopping trip we have ever been on. We have been looking to purchase a car for the past 4 months, and in the process have been to numerous dealerships that either were far to pushy, or simply did not listen to our needs and wants for a car. When we found the car we were looking for at Kia of Gastonia, we decided to make the 2 hour trip up to NC. I am so glad we did! Brian was excellent. From the moment we walked in he treated us like we were friends, answered all of our questions, and even made sure we had all of the information we needed to come back and purchase the car 4 days later. After putting down a deposit to hold the car, we were helped in filling out all of the necessary paper work so that when we returned to pick up the car everything was already in order, and our car had already been detailed and was waiting outside the door for us. After 2 trips to NC from our home in SC, I am happy to say that this was an awesome buying experience, and if we decide to purchase another car, we will definitely return!
