Bought my 2011 Sonata from here 5 months ago - finally had to replace tires for the first time. Dealership never gave me the wheel lock key. Rather than offering me assistance, tells me that it was 5 months later, they didn't make money on the sale and had they known about the wheel lock key missing - would have added another $1,000 on to the price tag. Really, Kevin? Is that how you choose to represent this dealership and the Kia name? More

I PURCHASED A 2004 RANGE ROVER ON 10JUL2010. I CALLED AND INQUIRED AS I LIVED 250 MILES AWAY. THE OWNERS "ASSISTANT" LEO SAID THE CAR WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, GREAT PAINT, AND EXCELLENT SHAPE ALL AROUND. SO I TOO INQUIRED AS I LIVED 250 MILES AWAY. THE OWNERS "ASSISTANT" LEO SAID THE CAR WAS IN GREAT SHAPE, GREAT PAINT, AND EXCELLENT SHAPE ALL AROUND. SO I TOOK THE PLUNGE AND MADE THE TRIP. I GET TO THE DEALERSHIP AND AM IMMEDIATELY GREETED BY ONE OF THE OWNERS MIKE. AFTER A BRIEF COVVERSATION I TOOK A LOOK AT THE CAR AS THEY WERE DOING MAINTENANCE ON IT. OVER THE PHONE LEO STATED THAT THEIR WAS A NICE SOUND SYSTEM IN THE CAR. WHAT HE DIDN'T MENTION (MY STEREO INSTALLER DISCOVERED) THAT IT WAS ALL HACKED UP AS LEO WAS CUTTING OUT THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WITH A RAZOR BLADE. LONG STORY SHORT THAT IS MY PROBLEM... But I bought this vehicle on 7/10/2010, my bank hasn’t received papers 8/20/2010. I have called and repeatedly spoke with Peter from titling (4 X’s), Mike (owner 5-6 X’s), the pay clerks (3x’s) and a half dozen others since. My lawyer has called and spoke numerous times with Peter, and various others. I also was promised the center caps for the rims (on paper) and NO as you could expect they didn’t deliver. This company has very shady practices, (they have a poor rating on the BBB website); they are rude on the phone, sweet in person but bitter and incompetent liars when the deal is done. They will say ANYTHING to get a deal. It is a shame because they have a very nice facility, great cars but an amazing line of BS. I am still waiting on my papers to go through from their titling department. More

Totally undervalued my trade and then was very rude to me on the phone. I would not do buisness with this company.
