We are repeat customers having purchased an Optima in November 2011, we recently purchased a 2013 Sorrento. We were thrilled beyond belief with the service and knowledge of both Charlie and Vinnie. Charlie Wilson is by far at the top of his game. I chose Maroon Kia because when I originally called the dealership and Charlie answered, I knew he was the one I wanted to deal with. Charles showed the necessary tenacity to keep me interested in what KIA and his dealership had to offer. We had at least 3 personal meetings and 4 test-drives in the course of the two months prior t interested in what KIA and his dealership had to offer. We had at least 3 personal meetings and 4 test-drives in the course of the two months prior to my having finalized my checkings into competitors such as Mazda, VW, Subaru and Nissan. All that while Charles showed respect for my taking time to make any decisions and did not push the hard-sell, i.e. 'must be today' button. We went through three options: trading my present car for a new, a used or, as it turned out in the end, a leased new car. Even now, 3 days after the purchase took place, I have full confidence in being able to count on Charles for help for any questions or problems I might run into the future. This is aided by the fact that I only live 5 miles away from the dealership which made my decision to choose it even more satisfying. More

I absolutely loved this dealership!! Everyone was friendly and professional. The salesman wasn't pushy - he actually listened to what I wanted and found it for me. The finance part of it went so smoothly I was amazed. Past experiences with other dealerships were never very good. I always felt pressured, I was made to sit and wait and wait but not here... Everything was done timely - no "Sales Manager" vs "Sales Person" games. They gave us a great price on our trade in. Everything they promised is exactly what we got. The owner is involved in the business and actually came out and introduced himself and thanked us for our business. The car, an Optima, is awesome. Very,very happy with our experience. We will definitley continue to do business with this dealership for a long time to come!! More

I already have a Kia that I bought from the same salesperson that I am truly happy with along with the service received from the Kia personnel. This morning I went to their lot to purchase a used c salesperson that I am truly happy with along with the service received from the Kia personnel. This morning I went to their lot to purchase a used car for my Grandson. This salesman was so helpful and showed me a car that was perfect. I purchased it and was out of the dealer in about 1/2 hour. Great little dealership that really gives a personal touch. This is NOT a big highway showroom where you are just “another sale” and you get lost in the shuffle. Lynne in the internet department is great and really helped me make my decision to walk into the showroom, and I’m glad I did. I bought a Kia Optima, which is a gorgeous car. I could not be happier.
