I played by your rules only to fail due to the whim of a service adviser. 3300 miles on a new car under warranty and you want to charge me $500 to fix flaws in your product. Stockton Kia had a choice to show why they are an exemplary service dept. and they chose not to. Still have a problem with no solution. Thanks Stockton Kia. More

I am glad the high frequency fuel filter was done under warranty. However, I was not always kept in the loop. Always seems that I have to make contact to find out what is going on. I was informed that there was an oil change and air filter recommendation about 30 minutes after I was told the car was ready. I declined because we were already gathering grandchildren to pick up the car and return our rental car. I never seem to have any personal connection with Stockton Kia service. More
I requested a tire and brake check along with a starter issue. I waited over two hours and then went to the counter and Jessie told me I had to wait until car would not start.
