Great experience at Kia of Wilmington. I was contacted by Anthony Sessoms regarding my offer on a new EV6 and we made a deal right on the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership I was gre I was contacted by Anthony Sessoms regarding my offer on a new EV6 and we made a deal right on the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Ralph Gonzalez who oversaw the test drive,purchase and paperwork. He did a great job of keeping in the loop during the detailing and financing. He also did a very thorough job going through all the features of the vehicle and getting the Kia app set up on my phone and paired to the car. Josh Fitts was knowledgable regarding the finance options available to me and fixed an error to make the experience easy. I highly recommend Kia of Wilmington for going above and beyond. This was not my experience at another local Kia dealership (Holly Kia). More

Al was so incredibly helpful, taking over 45 minutes out of his day to try and figure out a problem we were having replacing some bulbs in our car. He determined the cause of the problem and provided us wit of his day to try and figure out a problem we were having replacing some bulbs in our car.
