Great Service I had brought my car into this dealership this time for an oil change because previously they were the only dealer who was able to complete a recall f I had brought my car into this dealership this time for an oil change because previously they were the only dealer who was able to complete a recall for my ignition key module. Two other dealers told me that no parts were available and to come back in a year or so. My experience here has been very comforting in that they seem to care about the customer and auto. The service was excellent and I didn't have to wait long. I intend to come here for future service on my Town & Country. More

However, when I was paying for my service I noticed a note in the comments field that my passenger front tire was losing air pressure. After completing my transaction and going out to my car in the lot, my tire was completely flat. I find this quite unacceptable that someone knew it was losing air and did not address it with me and I was stuck in the parking lot having to deal with it. I did find someone who was kind enough to get some air in the tire so I could drive it away and deal with it, but my overall feeling was that Kings Chrysler was not that concerned with me. More

Was so unhappy It took them two days to rotate and balance the tires, fix a few simple issues and a few recall items. Nothing more frustrating the finding out when you pick up the car the a rotate and balance the tires was almost $90 and the one thing you really wanted fixed was not. So this leaves me so unhappy. Silly me for not asking how much the service was I needed to pay for, but it just seems really expensive. More
