Worst Dealership, Rude Salesperson! Don't Waste your Time! Just my experience of just walking in a Sunday morning to look and test drive on a new 2015 Infiniti Q50. So I walked in to the Receptionist and aske Just my experience of just walking in a Sunday morning to look and test drive on a new 2015 Infiniti Q50. So I walked in to the Receptionist and asked on how can I get a test drive so receptionist sent a request for a salesperson and 2 salesperson came towards me. So I choose the closest one near me. So It was a male Salesperson and he asked how can I help you? I replied I'm looking to test drive a 2015 Q50 Sedan. Salesperson Looked at me and he said we don't do test drives on sunday and walked away from me instantly. So I said ok I see how it is and I said out loud Fine I will go to another Infinity Dealer Which will help me better. So I Proceeded to Walk out the dealership and used my smartphone to search another dealership which was way far from my location. So for future Referance I will never go to this location and Salesperson needs to have some extra training on how to respect their customers. More

3.5hrs for oil/filter schedueled for 11AM appointment, car was not touched until 2:15..so go here if you got the hours to waste in your life. - while I understand there may schedueled for 11AM appointment, car was not touched until 2:15..so go here if you got the hours to waste in your life. - while I understand there maybe other people whom have scheduled infront of me, but seriously,...3.15 hrs is just not cool. 1.5hr wait should be max (until tech preps car) if your service dept is understaff - well..hire more infiniti certified techs? to accommodate our wait time, it was done for free. - thanks? Above & Beyond their call of duty After a very BAD experience at Lynbrook Infiniti I ended up at Kings Infiniti and received car service that I did not think was even possible! For example: I told them I was not able to make it to the dealership the day that I contacted them because of transportation issues and they offered to bring the car to my house in order for me to check it out or test drive it! I was able to negotiate a more reasonable price than what was listed for the M37x I was interested in & After Checking out the car in front of my house Saturday afternoon I was behind the wheel of my 2011 M37x 2 days later on Monday afternoon (Would of been sooner if Lynbrook Infiniti hadn't screwed up all my paperwork. Had to redo/rectify all the insurance and loan information from the Lynbrook Infiniti experience). My M37x is in very good condition and I was given a couple good service packages with the purchase to assist with maintaining the car. very pleased with my purchase so far!
