Absolute trash when it comes to getting repairs with warranty. Do not waste your time. It's like the right hand can't communicate with the left here. Sent all over to 3 different dealers here and still warranty. Do not waste your time. It's like the right hand can't communicate with the left here. Sent all over to 3 different dealers here and still nothing done. Makes no sense. We will be canceling warranty and never do business here again. They sure love to sell you a truck, but no follow through after the sale. The unnecessary chaos they put us through is shameful. More
Got my ‘22 Rav serviced at this dealership for the first time. Very pleasant experience. They finished early and I was on my way. I then received a call from Adam who works in the service/parts center of K time. Very pleasant experience. They finished early and I was on my way. I then received a call from Adam who works in the service/parts center of Kings Toyota and he went above and beyond to let me know that I had forgotten my maintenance booklet at the dealership, where I keep track of what gets done to the car. I had noticed how occupied, busy and focused he was while I was at the dealership before so I was very impressed that he took the time to look me up and get my phone number in order to let me know of my missing item. Will be coming back, and thank you Adam! More
