Worst experience ever. When I asked questions, the front desk person told me that, why are you asking same things over and over. As a customer, I do have right to ask questions, cuz iam spending more than 5 desk person told me that, why are you asking same things over and over. Horrible service. Bought certified pre-owned car less than 2 years ago. Broke down. It is the only car in our household. Service said they could not get us in for 2 weeks. When my husband explained the s than 2 years ago. Broke down. It is the only car in our household. Service said they could not get us in for 2 weeks. When my husband explained the situation, he received 0 understanding. We asked them to look at this issue last august when we were in for an oil change. They refused. my husband explained a few other issues we r had the the gentleman on the phone started being very rude and nasty. You would expect the dealer you bought your certified pre owned car from would want to help any way they can. Extremely unsatisfied. More

Top Notch Experience I have a 2018 Tiguan that had a small body leak. The leak was causing water to gather on the drivers side floorboard. I contacted Kings VW. They im I have a 2018 Tiguan that had a small body leak. The leak was causing water to gather on the drivers side floorboard. I contacted Kings VW. They immediately took the car in and gave me a loaner to drive. Wayne in service took care of the process from start to finish. Most dealers would have fixed the leak but Kings VW went above and beyond. They replaced the pad and carpet. I have had my car in previously for service and whether it is Wayne or Scott they are always friendly and eager to help. There are many choices in the market but overall my experience with KVW has been great. I would consider the service to be top shelf.white glove. Thank you. Brian H. More

Everything about this place is welcoming, friendly and gleaming. The bays are clean, the service desk is gleaming white, and the consultants are super helpful. I bought my Jetta from a different dealer, but that doesn't matter to them - they offer top notch service, regardless. Particularly impressed with Justin - he sees every detail through, from beginning to end. These guys obviously love their brand and the cars. I am definitely coming back!! More
