Always great service After getting some body work done to due a recent collision, our insurance provided body shop was concerned about our battery. After expressing this concern with Mr. Cooper, he said we should come right out; they had a battery in stock if needed, but a test was in order first. Once there they ran a deep test to the battery. The thorough test to the system found no problem, and so they sent us on our way, happy. What great service and service department. More

Not the way to treat a.customer that purchased a car from the dealer. Love the CC but not the service department at Kings. Lacking integrity and ethics. Initial call to discuss treated as I was an idiot regarding tires and maintenance. Newsflash, not everyone that purchases cars lacks the knowledge of car maintenance and pricing.
