I wish after fixing truck would have taken out on test drive to make sure everything was working right. Plus had truck two days longer than said would have when part was there but pushed back because somebody else had problem with a truck so mine got pushed back. It’s our feed truck needed to feed livestock too which I had said when called about part being in. More
The engine light came on in my one-year-old vehicle. The car has 14000 miles and is under full warranty. I also asked that my oil be changed. We waited a couple hours before the car was done. When we paid, the charge was almost $150, almost all of which was for a diagnostic test they conducted; and they declined to cover the needed parts and repair under warranty. This is absolutely unacceptable. The car is practically brand new. It's under warranty. The engine light was on, and my Onstar program emailed me to bring the car to the dealership. This is the second car I've purchased from KV Motors in 3 years. This is very poor customer service to charge for diagnosing a problem. I could have had the diagnostic run free of charge at one of the local auto parts store. This is NOT how you retain customers. The girl who took care of my paperwork was helpful and polite and tried to explain why the work was being refused under warranty. The technician who changed the oil and ran the diagnostic check also took time at the very end of her work day to explain to me what she thought was wrong. I did appreciate both of their efforts. However, as I am the only driver of the car, their reasoning that the car was damaged by hitting something or driving on a muddy gravel road (I don't live on a gravel road) was naccurate. And I'm still left with a car that needs an estimated $1500 in repairs. 😡 More

Not the place for electrical service problems in Toyota vehicles. Battery in a 2020 loses charge, take it in, they load test, charge check alternator output. not the best treatment given to me by service dept. Had an issue with my front right tire loosing air constantly advised service dept twice.. They said they checked the tire and it was ok.... When I realized I was getting the run around, I decided to go to a different dealership and trade my GMC torrain for a Jeep.. While waiting for my oil change, Rachel Deacon recognized me and we had a long chat about the problems I had with service dept. She convinced my wife and I that we should look into a Toyota. And only because of her did I trade for a Rave 4..... I had paid of the Torrain the first month I had it, and when I couldn't find the title I went to motor vehicle dept. and was told GM financial had a lien on my car and also had the title.. Believe me if I hadn't talked with Rachel I'd be waiting for my title and Jeep.. More
