Knauz can not program a key I brought my s55 amg in to purchase a second key, Knauz service could not get the programming of the key to work with full function. The key will not I brought my s55 amg in to purchase a second key, Knauz service could not get the programming of the key to work with full function. The key will not open all doors and will not open the trunk. What is worse after two visits the key is still not working properly. I have left messages with the service advisor who will not return my call. If Knauz can not take care of a second key why should I trust them for any other service. Instead try mercedes of Hoffman Estates. More

Staff is great at Land Rover. Always accomodating, and fits me in last minute! Even though I don't own a RR anymore, I bought a BMW from Knauz next door because my experience has always been fabulous at R fits me in last minute! As usual, Knauz did an awesome job servicing my car. Knauz always is price competitive, offers fantastic specials, and provides a Savings Card which entitles the customer to an even greater discount. Fu Knauz always is price competitive, offers fantastic specials, and provides a Savings Card which entitles the customer to an even greater discount. Furthermore, when I was shopping for tires for my Mercedes, Knauz matched not only other dealers' prices, but online sites' prices as well. When I experienced car trouble in the middle of the afternoon, Joe Coleman and Joey Sojka got my car in immediately; and Joey Sojka greeted me and his technician took care of my car's immediate problem as well as curtailed a potential problem. Joey kept me abreast of the work needing to be done. My car was returned to me repaired and clean as always: the exterior, wheels, and tires were spotless; the interior was vacuumed and cleaned. I thank Knauz for another excellent service visit. More
