The Knippelmeier team was awesome. Bruce Phelps helped us from start to finish and was so nice and very knowledgeable. He kept us updated often on the status of build. When we arrived at the dealership, our truck was parked front and center and it was so beautiful. Bruce walked us through all the bells and whistles and helped us gets everything set up. Jason Allen in the finance department had everything ready to go for us and we had all the paperwork done in less than 20 minutes. No pressure, no bait and switch and just the best people to work with. We will be back, I promise. More
