My Car's transmission failed and I was in the market for a new car and this was my go to dealership. No pressure from the minute i walked into the door. Once I decided on a car and color the dealership went and located it and brought it back to the dealership for me. Car had a full tank of gas, was spotless and i was able to get in and out quickly. The features were explained for me inside and out so when i drove off the lot i how to operate and where everything was. This is the second car I've bought and by far the best dealership and experience around. I would recommend this dealership to anyone I know because they are in good hands. More

I think this was one of the better experiences that I've had in a dealership in a long time. Personally I dont like car sales men that are really aggressive. We went to Norm Wagner Toyota to buy a 2010 Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately the dealer did not have any 2010 Siennas. Ricardo, the sales rep., and his manager worked with us to buy a new 2011 Sienna. We were able to agree on acceptable terms and we bought a new 2011 white Sienna. Although I expected a high pressure finance meeting,we had a pleasant experience dealing with Luke Brown to complete all the paperwork. He was friendly, pleasant, and fair. When we took delivery, Sandy went over all the features of the new van and answered all our questions. When I went to Norm Wagner I was greeted by Craig and found him very friendly and not at all pushy very easy to talk to in fact it only took 2 hours and I had purchased the car and was on my way home. I came in looking for a toyota tundra double cab long bed. They didn't have one on their lot but said he could find what i was looking for. It what exactly what i wanted! I accepted it, and they proceeded to add on some extra stuff i wanted. I came back on saturday morning when they said it would be ready, and to my delight it was cleaned and washed with a full tank of gas ready to go!
