Not Happy People are nice here and fairly knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. The only issue I have with them is that I bought a 2005 Ford Five Hundred People are nice here and fairly knowledgeable about the vehicles they sell. The only issue I have with them is that I bought a 2005 Ford Five Hundred from them and it has more issues than they disclosed. The gauge cluster will go dead while driving down the road and will lose all power to interior lights and windows and the heater and A/C will stop blowing. The car also makes a horrible ticking noise coming from the transmission/motor area. The transmission also has some slip. I was told it was injectors. From what I have been told by mechanics, this is not true. I was also not informed that the car leaks oil until after I had already paid for it. I understand that I bought the car as-is, but if I had known about the issues it has, I would not have bought it. when I called to inform the dealership that I was having issues, I was told that I bought the car as-is and that if anything, I can always part the car out. That is not why I bought it! I bought it to drive, not junk it.Overall I am not satisfied with Koenecke Ford and will not be going back to them for any vehicles, used or new. I will go elsewhere unless something is done to make this right. More

Small Town Friendly Dealer Very friendly people at this dealership. Service Dept. will not try to oversell you for items your car does not need like other big city dealers do. All techs at this establishment are qualified and knowledgeable. Small dealership with somewhat of a limited inventory but hey have all the popular choices for all models.. If they don't stock the vehicle with all the upgrades you want they will get any vehicle you want. I happened to buy a vehicle from another ford dealer because I was looking online at their inventory and didn't see a vehicle with the options I wanted. I later learned they could have gotten the vehicle for me within a few days. And even though I bought the vehicle from a different dealership the treat my vehicle as if it was their own. I have bought 2 vehicles from this dealership and would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership again. More

When I get my car back, there is none of that "just serviced" smell to it; I'm not sure what they use, but it smells terrific. My car looks great and I appreciate their attention to detail. More

TERRIBLE! First of all, wouldn't go down on price one bit because we were trading in our vehicle, then when we finally agreed to go up to their price, they said no, and increased it $1,000! What shady charac because we were trading in our vehicle, then when we finally agreed to go up to their price, they said no, and increased it $1,000! What shady characters! Then they went on CarGurus and increased their price $3,000! Either you want to sell it or not. Furthermore they said it was in "mint, like new" condition and when we went to look at it, it had a huge scrape in the back fender, 2 other dings in it and a broken side mirror. Don't even waste your time going here because all it will be is a waste of time. More
