This is the second time in 9 months that my car has needed to be worked on. Both times they were held for over a month, communication was bare minimum at times and completely nonexistent at others. Brought in Acadia with front end noise twice, no problem found. I took the tire off and one of the front brake pads was down to rivets. My kid took in just Sierra and told him after having them service don found. I took the tire off and one of the front brake pads was down to rivets. My kid took in just Sierra and told him after having them service done on it by them a few weeks earlier that the motor was shot and needed to be replaced. Took it somewhere else and the had forgotten to tighten a clamp I. Back of the engine. No, the engine was not bad and is still running to this day (This was 2 years ago). They charged him over $100.00 for diagnosing his “bad” engine. After complaining, they said that they would give him the diagnostic fee back but it was never sent. My other kid brought his Equinox (that was purchased from them) on Friday June 28th with a ball joint that broke. They said that they could possibly get it in on July 20th and not sooner because all of the techs that normally would work on this are all on vacation. This is the 3rd strike. I just had the car towed out of their lot and will never return. What a way to run a business. More

They did well on my truck, had a oil change, but forgot to check air in tires and put a sticker on inside of windshield . Also did a 4 wheel alignment the next day.
