I could not have been happier with the customer service I received. All of my car buying experiences were always stressful and unpleasant because I felt like I was being taken advantage of. I felt totally comfortable at Koons and in fact, I dont think that I ever laughed as much as I did that day. Totally enjoyable experience. Liz is an awesome salesperson and if she didn't know something about my vehicle, she got the answers for me within seconds. Very personal treatment was received and friendships were made.
