My car came out of an oil change with all alarms on and steering not working. Had to be towed to Koons. Everything was fixed but this was a huge pain and I was not able to drive for a weekend since service steering not working. Had to be towed to Koons. Horrible. Had my vehicle for 2 weeks and told me issue was fixed. Got it back and it clearly wasn’t. Took it back and they had it over a week. They lied multiple times not knowing I had a dash cam that could see everything and alert me anytime it was moving. The let it sit in the lot without looking at it for days and then looked at it for 20 minutes and claimed they test drove it and found the problem and fixed it this time (something totally different than the first time). Got it back and didn’t even make it out of the parking lot and discovered the problem was still there and in fact not fixed. More

Chuck was great at getting me to want to buy the car. Of course I went in wanting a Bronco Sport anyways after looking around a bunch on Carfax. He let me drive the car home and was accommodating. They left blotches of product that looked like it was randomly sprayed and didn't cover things. I had to spend some time cleaning that up. It looked like it rained something glossy in random spots and wasn't cleaned off too well. I also had to wipe of some dirt scuff marks. So I don't have much faith in the detailing team. Dealing with Chuck was the best part and I'd definitely do business with him in the future. The finance talk was what I expected and why I'm afraid of buying cars. They try to make you sign up for things you don't need. I think that's average at dealerships though. It's their job to do so. More
