Had scheduled appointment for Thursday am told they would call around 10 .2 days no call. Pick car up Friday afternoon. No one look at car.went back Monday left car another 4days. Looking into the future and the need for a van with a ramp, Koons Ford has the most available/variety of handicap vans, new or used. Earl went out of his way to fit me in while I was there to get pictures to Ford to assess whether or not my steering wheel was covered by warranty. I really appreciated him going the extra mile.
